RETURNS  



Thank you for shopping at graceedesigns.com.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging with its original receipt, a reason for return and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.   If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  The amount of days to receive credit will be in accordance with your payment method. Sorry, no exchanges on any orders, as fabrics originally ordered may not be available.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR MYSTERY SKIRTS, SCARVES AND THE MATCHING ACCESSORIES.

SHIPPING 

Shipping is free with purchases of $30.00 or more.  Shipping costs for returns are free. 

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Graceedesigns.com reserves the right, at sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified regarding credit or fraud. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

Both parties agree that, following order dispatch, transportation is the sole responsibility of the third-party logistics provider. During this stage, full ownership of the product(s) belongs to the buyer; all associated liability and risks during transportation shall be borne by the buyer. All orders reported as "delivered" by shipping companies are considered delivered. Please note that packed or shipped orders cannot be canceled or changed.
